What is AI Fitness, and how can it help me?
With AI Fitness, you'll get a personal assistant to guide you through every workout. By tracking your movements, Breakthrough Vision can provide real-time data metrics including repetition counting, form feedback, time tracking, and much more.
How do I know the AI is functioning properly?
At the start of each workout, you'll be able to view yourself in the live camera feed with body landmarks composed of relevant key points and joints. Try to stay within the view boundaries, and always face the same direction as the trainer. For proper form feedback to be given, the user must perform the same exercise as in the workout. Wearing baggy clothing or clothing that is similar in color to your background may interfere with tracking. Avoid low-light conditions as it may reduce tracking accuracy.
How do I get the best workout experience?
The Body Breakthrough Experience is designed to function in both Portrait and Landscape viewing display modes. In Portrait, you'll be able to toggle the primary display focus between the trainer or yourself. In Landscape, you'll be able to view yourself in a split display with the trainer. In either mode, you'll be able to select either the front or rear facing camera. For the best viewing experience, it's recommended to connect your device to a TV via HDMI to reduce screen lag.
What devices are compatible with the Body Breakthrough App?
The Body Breakthrough App is compatible with Apple devices iOS 15.5 or higher and most Android devices with Android 12 or higher.
What types of exercises will I be doing in these workouts?
You'll be doing a little of everything from strength training, cardio, to yoga. The AI is uniquely calibrated for each exercise with varying assessment objectives. For example, the primary goal for a plank hold would be to track how long you can maintain the position for, whereas the goal for a push-up shifts towards counting repetitions performed with proper form.
The camera is always active during workouts, is my video feed being transferred to a server?
The camera feed is never recorded or sent to any server. Breakthrough Vision runs strictly on the device only. Feel free to turn off the camera at any point during the workout. Workout and Progress data are securely stored on the Body Breakthrough servers and are not distributed for sale to any third parties.
Do I need to be a fitness expert to exercise with AI? Is this going to be really difficult?
No, in fact the AI is here to benefit everyone, regardless of their fitness experience. You'll be free to go at your own pace, and move with confidence knowing Body Breakthrough is helping you correct your form and develop better movement patterns.
What types of equipment do I need for my workouts?
The equipment used in the workouts are a pair of dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, yoga blocks. Not every piece of equipment is required for each workout. The fitness trainer will provide details at the start of each workout as to the requirements of each session.
What does the Body Breakthrough Activity Meter do?
The Body Breakthrough Activity Meter tracks your range of motion, helping to optimize each repetition. Using a squat as an example, you'll gain a better feel of how deep your squats are based upon meter metrics. This will lead to improved form mechanics, higher efficiency, and faster progress.
What are Challenges?
Think of Challenges as your own curated playlists of workouts that you can share with friends and family.
Can anyone create a Challenge?
As long as you're a Body Breakthrough Premium Member, you'll be able to create a Challenge.
Is there a schedule or time limit for Challenges?
Challenges can be created without any schedule limits or with start and end dates. If a Challenge time period has expired, you'll be able to extend the schedule at any time.
Can I add and delete workouts after the Challenge has been created?
The creator of the Challenge will be able to add more workouts at any time by editing the Challenge. Once a workout has been added to the list, that workout is permanent and cannot to be removed.
Can anyone view my Challenges?
Public Challenges are viewable and join-able by any Body Breakthrough Premium member. If you elect to set your Challenge to private, only users who have accepted your Challenge invitation will be able to participate in the Challenge.
How do Premium Subscriptions work?
With Body Breakthrough Premium, you'll gain full access to AI workout features and the complete workout library. Workouts are updated periodically with new exercises and trainer content. Subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually.
Can my friends or family use my account?
There are three different types of Body Breakthrough Premium accounts: Individual, Duo, and Family. The account type determines the number of active devices available, with up to six (6) devices per account. Each additional user will be able to create his or her own personal profile with individualized progress history.
Will I still be charged after my trial period?
As long as the subscription is cancelled prior to the end of the trial period, there will be no fees incurred.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my current subscription?
Yes, absolutely. By upgrading your subscription will increase the number of active devices available.
How do I cancel my membership?
If you purchased your subscription on Google Play or the Apple App Store, you'll need to manage your subscriptions directly from Google Play or the App Store. Any Premium memberships acquired directly from Body Breakthrough can be managed from the Body Breakthrough App.
What are Rewards?
The Rewards program was created to provide exclusive incentives for Body Breakthrough Premium members. Rewards are earned only by working out and earning B coins. These coins can then be used to acquire promotions and prizes.
Do I need to pay extra for points?
You do not need to pay anything extra for points. The only way to acquire more points is by working out. You cannot in anyway exchange money for points.
Where can I acquire Rewards?
Rewards can be acquired at the Rewards tab where you'll be able to view promotions and products available for exchange.
How do I refund my products?
In the Body Breakthrough App, go to the Shop page, followed by Transactions. In Transactions, you'll need to find the Order Number along with the products you wish to return. Click on Order Details, then Request a Refund.
What products are eligible for cancellation or refund?
Products must be returned within seven (7) days (including holidays) upon receipt of goods to be eligible for return. Products must be returned in their original packaging including labels, paper receipts, and any accompanying accessories. Products are not eligible for return if visibly worn or altered, or if they are final-sale items. Exceptions:
Yoga products, Rewards, and Subscription-based products are not eligible for return or refunds. Rewards are not eligible for return unless the item was damaged during shipping. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play must be managed on their respective app stores.
How many days does the refund process take?
Please wait at least two to three (2-3) business days for Body Breakthrough to review and update your request.
When can I expect the funds to be returned?
If your request is approved, please allow a processing time of seven to fourteen (7-14) days for the funds to be returned to your account.
Can I return a product without specifying a reason?
Every Request for Refund must include a specific issue and reason for return. Certain returns may be subject to additional information requests made by Body Breakthrough Support.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs including custom fees (international) unless the product was damaged or defective on arrival.
What is PCI Compliance?
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is the set of standards businesses follow to keep credit card data safe. The PCI Security Standards Council sets security standards and helps businesses understand what they need to do to be compliant.
Body Breakthrough uses PCI compliant Payment Services Providers, why is this important to me?
PCI Compliance helps to protect both the business and its customers. Credit card companies such as Visa and Mastercard make this a requirement for processing transactions. Body Breakthrough does not directly handle sensitive card data(credit card numbers) when accepting payments, and relies on third-party solutions (such as Stripe, Inc.) to securely accept, process, and store data.
What should I do if I suspect unauthorized activity on my account?
If you suspect any unauthorized activity, please contact Body Breakthrough Support immediately. We will work with our payment providers to investigate and resolve any issues to ensure your account remains secure.
How to delete my Body Breakthrough account?
